Google Calendar Integration
TEHR provides an optional Google Calendar integration that allows healthcare providers to synchronize their appointments with their connected Google Calendar accounts.
By enabling this integration, providers authorize TEHR to create, update, and remove Google Calendar events associated with their appointments.
Providers are responsible for maintaining the security of their connected Google accounts and ensuring that their use of Google Calendar complies with applicable patient privacy and confidentiality requirements.
The integration depends on Google’s services and may occasionally experience delays, interruptions, or synchronization errors. Providers should continue using TEHR as the primary source for managing appointment information.
Providers may disconnect their Google Calendar accounts through TEHR or revoke access through their Google Account settings. Disconnecting stops future authorized synchronization, subject to the application’s documented disconnection and data-retention procedures.
Use of Google Calendar is also subject to Google’s applicable terms and policies.
