Your brand.
Powered by TEHR.
Every telehealth brand you envy runs on infrastructure you cannot see. TEHR is that infrastructure. All of it wearing your brand.
Your brand, from the first click
Storefront, intake, patient portal and communications come together around your identity. You keep your brand and the relationships you’ve built.
Licensed clinicians run the medicine
Independent licensed providers deliver clinical care and make prescribing decisions. TEHR supplies the technology and administrative infrastructure around that care.
AI that supports the team
AI-assisted intake and chart preparation help the clinical team organize information, with clinicians reviewing the work and remaining in control.
Google Calendar, connected
Providers can optionally connect Google Calendar to sync appointments from TEHR. Creating, rescheduling or cancelling an appointment in TEHR creates, updates or removes the matching event. Providers can disconnect at any time. Read the Google Calendar disclosure.
An operation that stays connected
Pharmacy coordination, lab workflows, payments, subscriptions and patient notifications support the journey behind the scenes. Dedicated Patient Support Coordinators are available as an optional add-on.

Google Calendar.
Appointments, in sync.
TEHR allows healthcare providers to securely connect their Google Calendar accounts and automatically synchronize appointments. When an appointment is created, rescheduled, or cancelled in TEHR, the corresponding Google Calendar event is created, updated, or removed. This integration is optional and can be disconnected at any time.

The next peptide chapter. Be ready for it.
U.S.-based pharmacy partners. Licensed providers. Your brand. TEHR has the infrastructure and partners in place for selected prescription peptide programs, with rapid rollout planned when applicable FDA policy permits and pharmacy requirements are met.
Plan your peptide launchCategory availability depends on the specific product, regulatory requirements, state, pharmacy and clinical eligibility. Selected peptide programs are in preparation and are not available for prescribing or fulfillment until applicable requirements are met. Clinical decisions remain with independent licensed providers.
Backed by a full-time development team.
We know what happens after the launch. The intake. The patient questions. The pharmacy handoff. The refill. TEHR is built around the operation that makes a health brand work, so you can put more of your energy into what comes next.
Who’s behind TEHR.

Common questions.
What is TEHR?
TEHR is a white-label telehealth platform that connects your branded patient experience with independent licensed clinicians, pharmacy coordination, AI-assisted intake, payments, subscriptions and operations. You build the brand; clinicians make medical decisions.
Is TEHR a white label telehealth platform?
Yes. TEHR provides the technology and administrative infrastructure behind your own health brand. Your customer-facing experience uses your identity, with required clinical, pharmacy and legal disclosures maintained.
Do I need a medical license to launch a telehealth brand?
You do not need to personally provide medical care to build a health brand. Ownership and management structures depend on state law and your operating model; independent licensed providers must control clinical decisions. Read our brand ownership guide.
Does TEHR take a revenue share?
No. TEHR uses a flat platform subscription plus a flat transaction fee, with 0% revenue share. Your proposal identifies included services and any additional clinical, pharmacy, lab, payment-processing or support costs.
How much does TEHR cost?
Pricing depends on your categories and service scope. Request a proposal with the platform subscription, transaction fee and applicable service costs, or explore assumptions in the TEHR pricing calculator.
How fast can I launch?
TEHR can turn a new brand live in under 24 hours, with launch essentials ready. There is no required one-to-three-month implementation period. The 30-day launch guide covers broader business preparation; it is not a mandatory implementation schedule.
Can TEHR migrate my patients from another platform?
Yes. TEHR supports managed migrations involving thousands of existing patients. Migration work can start as soon as we have your data. The plan covers authorized data export, field mapping, record validation, patient communications and clinical continuity. Start with the patient migration checklist.
Can TEHR migrate patients from Bask, OpenLoop, Beluga or Telegra?
TEHR can scope a migration from each platform around the records you can export and the workflows you need. Review the guides for Bask, OpenLoop, Beluga and Telegra. Work can start as soon as we have your data. The cutover plan accounts for record validation and continuity of care.
Which states does TEHR cover?
TEHR connects brands with an independent licensed clinical network with reach across all 50 states. That does not mean every treatment is offered in every state: program, pharmacy, provider and patient eligibility determine availability.
Is TEHR LegitScript certified?
TEHR displays its live LegitScript certification seal, linked to the validation page for tehr.ai. A brand using TEHR should assess its own website and certification requirements; TEHR certification does not automatically certify a customer domain.
How is TEHR different from OpenLoop, Beluga, Wheel, Bask or Cuvo?
TEHR combines branded technology and operating infrastructure with a flat subscription and transaction fee, without revenue share. Competitors have different service models, and some also offer full platforms or no revenue share. Compare the current sourced details for OpenLoop, Beluga, Wheel, Bask and Cuvo.
What is a doctor in a box or health brand in a box?
These are shorthand for a coordinated launch package covering technology, clinical access and business operations. They do not mean you purchase a medical license or control prescribing. See doctor in a box and health brand in a box.
Who makes prescribing and treatment decisions?
Independent licensed healthcare professionals make clinical decisions, including whether a prescription is appropriate. TEHR provides technology and administrative infrastructure; it does not practice medicine or prescribe.
Which health categories can I build around?
TEHR supports planning for weight management, TRT, HRT, dermatology, hair loss, ED and longevity offerings, subject to clinical and pharmacy availability. Your proposal defines the supported products, states and workflows.
Are prescription peptide programs live?
Selected TEHR peptide programs are pending; not open for prescribing or fulfillment. Infrastructure and U.S.-based pharmacy relationships support readiness, while product-specific regulatory, pharmacy and clinical requirements determine whether a program can launch. See peptide launch readiness.
How does TEHR use AI?
AI assists intake and helps prepare information for clinical review. Licensed providers retain responsibility for clinical decisions. A demo can show the workflow and the points where people review, approve or act on the information.
Do patients see TEHR or my brand?
The storefront and patient experience carry your brand. Required notices still identify the appropriate medical, pharmacy, payment and privacy entities; white labeling does not remove those disclosures.
Can an existing office or consumer brand use TEHR?
Yes. Healthcare offices can expand beyond local patient relationships, and established consumer brands, creators and agencies can build around audiences they already reach. The brand focuses on its customers while independent professionals deliver care.
Can providers connect Google Calendar?
Providers can optionally connect Google Calendar to synchronize appointment creation, rescheduling and cancellation. Read about platform integrations and the Google Calendar privacy disclosure.
How do you pronounce TEHR, and why the pterodactyl?
TEHR is pronounced like the first syllable of pterodactyl: “tair,” rhyming with care. The mark and “The EHR is dead. Long live TEHR.” tell one story: the legacy EHR went extinct; TEHR took flight with the clinical network, pharmacy, payments and operations behind your brand.
